Sometimes we wonder if we should do anything that might offend anyone, anyone at all, but sometimes playing it safe will just not cut the mustard. This cuts the mustard. Make shit by hand. I count cooking and the pleasure of getting my hands completely covered in cilantro bits a part of making shit by hand.
