I got the West Elm catalogue this weekend (I don't know about you, but I have a guilty pleasure of loving home goods catalogues) and there was beautiful hand-lettered chalkboard writing all over it. It rang a bell, I know I've seen signage in Brooklyn that I'd swear was by the same person. And with some googling I discovered who I believe is the artiste—
Dana Tanamachi, graphic designer and hand-letterer extraordinaire. Keyed in to the current love of vintage yet nouveau, check out the second and third images for what she created for a wedding reception.
