What a wonderful yet odd tradition. Here in the states we get the fourth Thursday of November (why a Thursday?) to express our thanks and gorge ourselves. Some give a prayer to express gratitude for family, friends, food and luck, and with all the american fooferah it's hard to remember that this is an amazingly ancient tradition practiced in all kinds of places, essentially thanking nature and the earth for a successful harvest. Nice.
So to all out there, not just us here (though your date for this celebration may be different and many will be eating something other than the ridiculous bird the turkey), Happy Thanksgiving. This says it all.
