It's Luci Everett, that's who it is. I stumbled across her blog Happiness, Etc. and was seduced by her hand's touch in collage and paint. I thought "Oh how wonderful it would be to have something similar to this in an invitation, I should bust out my paints". And then I went to her portfolio and saw that she in fact had made an invitation, and it was better than anything I could make.
